If You Were to Die Tomorrow…

If you knew that you were going to die tomorrow, who would you be with today and what would you do?

It’s an important question to ask every now and then to keep things in perspective. While most of us can’t control when or how we die, a lot of us can exercise some control over how we live.

And if we want to live a truly meaningful life while we have the chance, we ought to be thinking of death more often than we do.

Our Calling

What are you doing when you feel most alive? Have you ever experienced a moment when life seems to slow down, almost to  the point of stopping? Were you in the middle of some activity and hours passed by without you even noticing? Whatever it is that you were doing, that is your calling. We’re all called. We were all created with a unique purpose. The problem is most people spend their lives trying to find it or busying themselves so as not to think about it. But if you remember a time where life slowed down, time passed without you knowing, and you felt so energized that a cup of coffee never even crossed your mind…then you’ve already found your calling. Whatever you were doing in that moment, that’s it.
