As I reach my adult years, it has been dawning on me just how uphill a performer’s path is. And I must confess, if I had the choice between being happy and being a performer, I’d choose to be happy.
But then I’m reminded (by the little voice inside of me), I don’t have that choice…
If God is the Divine Artist and He created us in His image, then what does that make us?
Think about it, as a kid, you probably loved to draw, write, paint, sing, make up dances, make up just about anything really….
But then somewhere along the way, someone told you that you weren’t any good at it, they laughed at your work, or explained to you why being an artist is unrealistic. See we’re all born artists. We all have it in us to create. The problem is staying an artist when you grow up…
